Yep, I'd agree with Bobo.
You have nailed the focusing very well. The detail on the feathers is excellent. You've sharpened it up just right.

thanks Bobo, I dont know why I like crows so much, I am using a canon T2i with a canon 400 L series. The crow was hand held . I am sorry I am kinda new to this and I get excited when I see an image I like through viewfinder, then mess up the composition, thus he is missing a tiny bit of tail.
