The angle of the shot on #3 makes it stand out as another exceptional image. The tip of the wing hitting the edge of the frame in #1 does catch the eye too much, I think.

Thanks wendy, yes it is a male and female. Usually the male will sit and guard the feeder, chasing everything else away. He can be a real pain in the @#$%^

I have to agree with you donald. It is amazing how the subtle things are what makes or breaks an image. I'm starting to think with out a strobe light or a multiple flash setup(which i can't afford), i'm not going to freeze those wings. It's fun trying though.
