All I remember is
40d, 70-200 f4, 430ex
Had a blast doing it,want to try more, need the time and the wife out of the kitchen.
Looking to see if I do this right.

but at a guess, you are using the Insert Link (URL) button icon, not the Insert Image button icon.
I'll fix them now ...
