The Morning After
After my rather refreshing break from photography I am easing myself back in by having a go at some of the sort of shots I used to enjoy doing whenI first started

I was trying to put my finger on what bothered me about this image, and I think I know what it is: the angle of the horizon line creates instability, which, together with the visual cues (overturned glasses with dregs of liquid, green colour), is inducing in me the exact queasiness of a morning after. Devilishly clever of you, Steve.

Oddly attractive........I find the bottom liquid black slightly distracting...I want to concentrate on the green cups alone.

Thanks Janis and Michael. That angle is a little unorthodox but as you say it is needed to give the viewer that slight uneasiness. I will post my latest shot on this theme in a new thread. I have gone for a level horizon and no liquid.
