ACCEPTING ENTRIES: Monochrome Mini Competition #281

This is a monochrome-themed competition that is open to all CiC members.

ENTERING. Add your MONOCHROME/B&W image in a new post below. Make sure to change your post title to a name for your picture (click the "Go Advanced" button). We request that there be just one entry per person, and that any tinted images utilize no more than one color. For help posting images, go here.

VOTING. When this competition reaches 10 entries, a poll will be automatically added and any member may then vote. After 2 days, voting ends and the winner is determined.

Once voting begins, a new competition will be automatically started.

    Good luck!

Note: Please do not request feedback, or make comments on other images, until after voting has closed as it could be unfair to other entrants.

PS: Make sure to also vote on the previous competition here.

    Re: Candle

Thanks to all, who voted on my picture.
I'm very pleased with the picture. I made the b/w version special for this competition, but I had to do that before, the b/w is nicer than the colored one.

    Re: Railway Station.

    Many thanks Frank and Rob.

Because the building is still under construction was I standing with my back against the fences. This shot was the best possible with my equipment (18mm crop).
I will explore the building more extensively in the future, there is a lot of potential to my opinion. Maybe arriving or departing trains, the total length of the building (you can't see that in this capture) a.s.o.
Still a lot to do .
