I have just received an Opteka battery grip for my 450D from 47th Street Cameras. What a difference! I have large hands and found the 450D rather precarious in my grasp. This bit of kit makes a world of difference. I considered the Canon brand but I decided to take a chance. It is well built and has a really nice rubberised grip as well as the dual controls for shutter etc. Well worth a gander if you find your lower two fingers are dangling uselessly of the edge of the camera body.
