Nice, Antonio. Love the colors, lighting and bokeh.

In my humble opinion, would have preferred less frame and more picture in this format, as picture size is limited? My eye is searching for details.

Love how the blue of what she is knitting is shown desaturated as background.

I have seen some great photos from you but the wide frame takes a little away from the shots at least in this forum.

Thank you Marie Hass and Scott.

This canvas issue has been too commented. I have to think it over.
Most probably, people are right and I am wrong.

    How about this ?
In fact, this is what gives me less work to do...

Antonio- I think on a computer, like this fourm, the pic looks much better without big frames around it. However, I think I know what affect you are trying to achieve... Ive seen framed pics mounted on the wall with the large borders, and they do look good. It seems to work better on a wall, not the computer! Either way, your pics are very good. Your picture above, the colors are fantastic and the bokeh is great. The face is real sharp. Good job.

Just so you know, Antonio, I had noticed your large frames and have been experimenting myself.

Maybe not everyone likes them, but I think it is a matter of personal preference and a few more of mine will now have much wider borders than previously.

Thanks for encouraging me to use my mountboard more effectively!

I do agree with you and so do you I suppose !
It's settled then - as far as I am concerned - no canvas on the computer but eventually, on the wall !

    Antonio,
I noticed several comments about white borders and it reminded me of Roman Johnson's images on Pbase. His images are not only very nice but, his borders are also quite artistic. BTW: It was Roman's galleries that helped me to decide that the Tokina 12-24mm f/4 was the UWA lens I wanted...

    Thank you Richard
I have decided that I will stay without borders / canvas on the web, contrarily of what I had been doing for some time now.
If I print them, what I do sometimes, I then place a canvas on, accordingly to the theme.
There is a theme however I have decided to completely assume the canvas: Urban Decay. And this is because they make part of the image, enveloping it and striking them with some kind of mood if I may say so.

Thank you so much for remembering me !
I just published my Theme / Project Urban Decay. If you care and are kind enough to visit and comment for me... I thank you
Remember please that it is a "work in progress" . It will go ahead and sometimes may go back. I may post images I erase later for example.

Here is one of my favourite shots. Shot while on a trip to Morocco.

    One of my favorites...

I have looked through my China galleries to find that I have a plethora of images of people working. However, this one is one of my favorites. My wife and I were exhausted walking around Hong Kong so we decided to give our legs a break and ride in an open double-decker tour buss. I had a ball with my 70-200mm f/4L Lens on that ride and I also regained my energy for more walk-around shooting...
