I am new to the flash.
I just got a flash for my camera Canon rebel XT, when i tryed at the store it worked awesome, but when i got home and tryed to take puctures on manual it dosent metter what setting i do it does very slooow shot. If i do on AV it works well. The flash is "Nissin MarkII DI866"

I do not know that flash unit, so cannot offer any advice.
But when you say it does a 'very slow shot' when on manual, I wonder if you could describe this some more. I am not sure that I understand what exactly the problem is.

Sorry mate I am not familiar with your flash, however I would advise anyone who has a Canon camera to buy a Canon flash, works like a dream .
