The exposure is good and as Donald says, the composition is fine, but there are a few things that attract the attention - maybe that's good (?)
the relection of arm/hand in glasses
the sleeve or knee in lower right corner
It would be tricky to do without making it look unnatural (compared to shadow side of face) but a just little dodging of her left (our right) eye to lift its brightness a bit would be good I think.

Haha no shes just not very pleased that I was taking photos of her, it was somewhat early
