    Hi Kori,

    Would you like me to take a crack at post-processing the original of the "family shot" for you? I suspect that there's a lot more to be "pulled" out of that image yet.

    Thanks to Colin for making the "grandkids" look great...No more shadows...etc.
    He also did a great job moving them to a much better background

    Thanks also to all of you who have commented on how to improve this picture for the next gathering......ALL the what NOT to do's are NOTED!!! I think I'm going to need a bigger notepad however!!!

    Hi Kori,

    It (obviously) ended up with a bit of a "surreal" look due to the grass not lapping over the edges of things that should have been in contact with the ground - I tried to overcome this, but it ate into a drop shadow I'd applied to avoid a cut/pasted look (which could have beed fixed also, but it was going to be a bit too time consuming).

    Thanks for the opportunity to do it though - was a fun little exercise
