Great shots Steve. You've captured the mood of a bygone era nicely.
Cheers Dave

Great set Steve,
I like them all, possibly the breakdown crane best though, not just for the crane, there's such a typical platform scene
Good work,
# 2 and 4 are my favorites.
Cheers Dave.![]()
They are my favourites Kristianna, and #4 could have been better if it wasn't for the Station Master screaming 'get off the line', even though I wasn't on the same line and was using effectively a 300mm lens.![]()
Very nicely done! #s 1 and 4 are my favorites.![]()

Hi Steve, I was surprised at how wavy and uneven the tracks appear. Are they really that far out of alignment? If so, I hope that don't run the trains any faster than dead-slow!
They only run at just above running pace Frank; never got on one though because it costs £15 for about a mile, although you can keep catching them. Suppose the line they use is about 3 miles long but continues to the main network.
Must cost a lot to run this place

Thanks, Steve. Yes, steam locomotives are extreamly expensive to maintain.![]()
These wonderful scenes have captured what it was like to be around in the good old days of steam power, takes me back to my childhood. Lovely work!![]()
