Marlow Bridge Panorama (2)
Thanks to Philip (Mr B) I have come to the conclusion that my earlier post need some major editing and possibly re-shooting (although sadly the weather has broken).
I have now worked up another pano shot yesterday, which has not suffered so much from the orange cast.
Aperture: f/11.0 Shutter Speed: 1/160 ISO: 100

Re: Marlow Bridge Panorama (2)
Hi Chris,
i love scenes like this and I think you've captured it very nicely.
For my liking I'd sharpen it a touch and add a bit more contrast. I did just that with an unsharp mask in CS5 and a slight S-Curve.
Disclaimer - I have a tendency to overdo these things so maybe somewhere between yours and mine would be an ideal.

Great stuff Tommy. In my defense I forgot to apply my web sharpening so that maybe the reason. Thanks for your kind comments.

Re: Marlow Bridge Panorama (2)
Very nice image Chris. I think this one is better than the one in your earlier post (which was still fine). When you compare the composition of the two, the differences are fairly subtle - the second one is a bit wider shot with a slightly different angle and with a bit more in the foreground. However to me, the composition in the second looks significantly better.
It just needs a bit of sharpening of the resized web image as Tommy has indicated. And yes Tommy I would go for a tad less sharpening.
Cheers Dave

I agree with Dave, this is better for subtle reasons; the placement of people, the rowing boat, etc.
Great shot Chris,

Re: Marlow Bridge Panorama (2)
Chris, in its colours your new one is a much more natural image, and the greater depth also helps to recreate the enjoyment of the scene as it was last weekend. I can also see that the car occupants will enjoy their much smoother ride over the bridge now!
Philip
