I feel #1 and #2 are just trying to cover to large a sweep and, as a consequence, we're not really able to get any detail.
I think #3 shows us how it should be done. There's got to be a poster in that! Nice one, Joie

Agree with Donald, too much empty space in the first two. #3 has it. Great shots! Sooooo many people and tall buildings, even a few I recognize. These cityscapes make me stop and consider all the people and all the activities and all the impacts those activities have locally and around the world.
