I find the most interesting part of this image to be the manner the light splits the dove and the greenery on the right side. It is not a white dove nor are there olive leaves on the right but artistically I see peace divided. Perhaps a theme to consider when critically looking at and processing the image.
The focal point on the bird looks tight and the detail is there. My first opinion is that the exposure on the right is pretty good and dove is a tick under.
Perhaps a shady pigeon is just that and it can be filed in the "pretty good" folder.
