I think the discussion on this one would centre around the depth-of-field. Does it work as it is, or does it need be slightly greater so that the stem is in focus as well?

I don't think there's a right or a wrong with an image such as this. Some people will say one thing and soem will say the other.

What I think everyone might agree on is the wonderful capture of such a depth and richness of colour.
