Hi Harmon, this is a tough one to get sharp at ISO800, 1/20 sec, f2.8 on a 200mm telephoto. You really need more light. If you used a tripod, even the slightest movement of the lioness would still blur at 1/20 sec. About the only thing I can think of is to sacrifice some noise and increase the ISO to improve the shutter speed and maybe DoF.

Yes it is a pity her head isn't a little bit sharper. I like the rather bored expression.
