What a fantastic place to shoot. I love the color the subject clarity you have achieved. Well done I think.![]()
Wow!
Nice ones!
Great shots Karl,
The first is very interesting seeing right inside like that :0
Welcome to the CiC fourms from ...
Fabulous! At what depth were you diving? The strobes do a wonderful job of lighting these subjects. Can we see more please?
I's just like to add to teh complimentary comments. Nothing of any great technical significance to add.
Like all the quality underwater images we've seen on here, I find these entrancing and very beautiful to look at.
Karl,
More beauties. The white-banded cleaner shrimp shots are great. They are much easier to spot than the Pederson's Cleaner Shrimp I took on a recent trip.
Keep 'em coming!

Hey everyone - thanks for your replies I am glad you like them.
Tulamben is in the north eastern part of Bali and it is mostly shore diving. The wreck of the USAT Liberty is about 30m off of the beach and in about 30m of water.
The photos were taken around various sites in the local area and mostly in depths between 20 - 30m with most diving times averaging 60 min.
Tulamben is a fantastic place to dive and I am going back there next year for a second go and will be diving different sites so I hope to get more interesting critters
If anyone is intersted I have had my first article published in an 'international' scuba diving magazine 'Sport Diving' issue 148 titled "Aquarrazi Adventure" and is about the trip last year. I hope to get a few more published as I get better. The name Aquarrazi came from someone reckons we (my mates and I) are like the Paparrazi but we chase fish and critters instead
I will put up more soon.

Winter is fast approaching in Canada. Seeing these makes me think of location, location, location.
Wanna swap?
Soon the only water shots available will be of the hard variety.
Very nice pics, nice light with the background being so well lit, must be clear water.

(Envy for the pics, the opportunity and the warmth)
Oh WOW, these have to be some of the best underwater pics I have seen outside of magazines.
Cool -n- Colourful, congrats!
