Cosina NC Cosinon 50mm f/1.8
Hey,
I would like to be assured by some of you that these lens do fit Pentax K10d. I bought them via Ebay, haven't received them yet but it is P/K mount. Any experience with those lens? What exactly does the NC mean? Single coated?

Kristina, I do not know this lens but I think that any Pentax K lens will be compatible with any K Series digital SLR camera body. However, you will probably find that you will have to adjust focus manually, and the aperture will also have to be manually controlled unless there is an "A" (for "auto") position on the aperture ring.

Almost certainly yes.
The only problem lenses I have read about are those with a KR mount. Have a look at the section on Pentax in this link -

I'm using old lenses (all are the purely mechanical original K mount lenses from about 30 years ago) on my Pentax DSLR.
I was a bit worried the first time I attached them, but have had no problems. As Philip has suggested if the lens has an A on the aperture ring then the camera will auto adjust the aperture.
I found this link about old lenses and Pentax DSLRs very useful.

Thank you both for the comments! They sure were helpful!
But any idea what that NC stands for?
