Also the sad thing is the judge is allowing it to continue. So there is chance he will win.

California is also nicknamed, "The Ligitgation State"... Several years ago, a self proclaimed "Professional Psychic" sued her doctor for loss of "psychic powers" after brain surgery... AND WON!!!! Obviously I wasn't on that jury!
This lawsuit seems somewhat bland in comparison.
However, it should be a warning to those who think that just because they have an entry level DSLR camera; they are qualified to shoot weddings.
