Firstly. Crop the ugly line out at the bottom.
Secondly. I love the subject matter, but i don't like the "HDR effect" ie. tone mapping. I'm a fan of HDR in terms of simply blending 2 or 3 photos together to combine different exposures, but most of the tone mapped images I see just look like a poorly done painting.
I tend to agree with Mark that many of the HDR effect images which I see are excessively overdone. Although this one isn't too bad.
I do wonder though about the far distance being a little too central. Exactly in the middle of the scene. So I wonder about a little crop off the top, so that the foreground becomes 'larger' than the sky.
And if you want to keep the same aspect ratio, I suppose you cold lose a similar amount from the right side.
