Should have said that in my strange warped mind this wood reminded me of a pig so its proper title is Pigwood, but I figured that would mean absolutely nothing to anyone so its Driftwood HDR. (But I know its really a pig cleverly disguising itself as a piece of driftwood)
Hi Peter,
Looks Great but perhaps a little busy... HDR's can do that. I might suggest that in editing you use a graduated filter to darken a little coming down from the the top Right and going up from the Bottom left on the angle of the wood.
I find the Rocks very interesting. Do you have anymore room to open up your crop so that the wood is more in the upper right quadrant than it already is? More tightly in the rule of thirds crosshairs. Thanks for sharing you really brought the dynamic range out in the image

Thanks Reynold
I like the filter idea and will play around with it later today.
Crop and composition is actually based on golden ratios rather than rule of thirds. Tip of little bit of wood sticking up sits right on the primary GR intersection but I will have a look at the repositioning that you suggest.
Thanks again
Peter
