Top Withens, Haworth moor, West Yorkshire
Hi...Thank you for the kind comments on my first post here, for my second I´d like to share four shots I took last year on a trip back to my native Yorkshire. These show Top Withens on Haworth moor.
Thanks for looking
"This farmhouse has been associated with "Wuthering Heights",the Earnshaw home in Emily Brontë´s novel. The building ,even when complete, bore no resemblance to the house she described, but the situation may have been in her mind when she wrote of the moorland setting of the Heights" - Brontë Society

My compliments, Mark. You have a very individual and wonderfully effective approach to post-processing which seems to bring out the best in your very obvious skills in arranging and building a composition.
Just one question - Do you really think you need that watermark?

Great job Mark! Great images!
I like very much the third. With a wider vision field and the very dark clouds on the top right side.

Hi Mark! There is a real sense of foreboding in the weather of the 3rd one!

Gorgeous, love to know the post processing done. Bleach bypass or similar?
I've always liked this desaturated look. Great job and great composition. Envious. Wish I could do this.

i like them all but, like the first one best. It gives me the impression that it is right out of a Victorian novel...
