Hi Paul,
I like the overall feel of the picture. The sky does (for me) lose a bit of detail on the right hand side,the detail on the left side looks fine. Would be a good picture for HDR, what do you think?

If possible a little more around to the right to get the fence and canal coming more strongly across the image. That would help lose some of the lower buildings to the right. The fact that the leading lines lead to a visually weak area when you have the larger building near and that beaut of a sky to the left.
Pop out quickly before the sky goes
It's also got a lot of good things going for it if they can be brought together slightly differently. I am guessing there is a boat tied up to left complicating matters (sink it - it's for a good artistic purpose, they'll understand
).
