Thanks everyone. Researching ball-heads online is a pain in the neck. Going to a shop to fondle their selections.

I have an 055XPROB and a Photo Clam PC40N ball head. I was a little concerned about the ball head until I received it. No buyers remorse at all. They are excellent.
I purchased it through Really Big Cameras. Very good to deal with.
