Sergey
It is a very long time since we have seen you posting here on CiC. Good to see you back again. And particularly with such a strong image.
I do like the composition very much and you have captured an very beautiful light on the scene.

Re: Russian forest
Donald, thank you.
Now a lot of work. In Russia, all small and medium business goes on-line commerce.
And I like this photo. Did a test shot for a walk around the house. Camera Canon 5D + 35 f/1.4L, the focus in the foreground. The background is blurred, there is not good there is no Elk )))

Re: Russian forest
Very impressive. I spend a lot of time in the forest and know how difficult it is to get the light and composition right. You've got it spot on.

Re: Russian forest
What makes this shot amazing is the difficulty in getting an interesting forest shot. Great job!

Лосиный остров!
Beautiful!
Shots like this are easier in Russian forest than in other places. They are so photogenic!
Easy for me to say, after not having been there for 20 years ...

Re: Russian forest
The more I look at this the more I like it, particularly the forest path leading us through the forest. A good composition with lovely forest greens and brown colouring. Nice one Sergey.

Re: Russian forest
You've found just the right spot to photograph sergey. I like the way the light starts out dark and gets brighter down the path.
Is that an aspen forest, or birch? And i agree, a forest like that, needs some elk.

Re: Russian forest
Thank you for your feedback. Surprising in this, that after 2-3 km along the trail passes the Moscow ring road with the busiest traffic movements. It's hard to believe, but true. Google Map
And this is the Elk, which is so lacking in the photo. Elk winter come out of the woods, summer and fall is not here.
