    Seven Coconut Trees

A good one hour more for the Sun to set. That day he didn't set, darkness was just slowly created.

As a landscape it lacks interest. The trees are too isolated, yet they are presumably intended to be the main subject. The rest of the image is somewhat lacking in structure and discipline (think I've watched American Beauty too much ) The receeding shore-line makes it look uneven, but I'm sure it is level.

Perhaps if you had zoomed in (could you have?) closer and just captured the seven trees as more of an abstract shot?

    Thank you Rob.
I had to lean out the bus window when it stopped for a passenger. Beyond that shore is the Arabian Sea. The shore is quite uneven as you see. I had no zoom lens. Even if I had one I wouldn't use it for this shot, because though the title suggests coconut trees, I had intended to include those boat houses of the local fishermen.Usually there would be strong winds blowing in from the sea. And there would be a few catamarans pulled up. That day they were absent, and the trees were almost still. The sky was turning pale pink which is not usual there. These things caught my attention and tried to capture that. Yes we cannot make the image talk like this! If it did, it would serve my purpose. But then I am a learner.Thank you Rob, I will bear in mind your view of my view.
