Yes, I like this. Like the attitude, and the backdrop is good. But those lines from the framing are intrusive at the top of his hair. I think his lapel is more in focus than his face - or am I wrong? Good shot though.
Bit of a grab shot during a wedding reception, also this was with my iPhone using Hipstamatic, you don't have much control over focussing, so you may be right. The framing is added by the app so would be difficult to remove, supposed to give it a retro, toy camera look.
Peter - I think it's super. The border is indeed a bit of a nuisance.
But, as for the image (ignoring that border) I think has energy and attitude. I put it in the same sort of pigeon hole as good 'street photography', although there seems to be some confusion as to what that actually is.
No confusion at all. http://www.charliecolmer.com/Colmer/page2738
Interesting shot. Ditto frame issues.
My first impression was (preceded by the title) he was a used car salesman in a disreputable part of town.
Jack the Lad says it all.
The son in Steptoe and Son.

Confession time, if this is Steptoe's son that makes me Steptoe. Meet my son Richard!
Hello Peter, I do like the modern look of your picture, blanc&white, gives a special feeling and tone. The kind that gets reactions.
Well done!
I don't like it all. Only because for some reason my computer will not download it!
