Well, he wasn't camera shy - looking straight down the lens, wasn't he. Good eye contact, and nicely converted.

What is your avatar, Antonio? A photographer on the floor? Mine is a corkscrew for opening Portuguese wine. Suppose you guessed that one.

I like this one again. The face framed by the scarf and hat along with the selective focus blurring the background works quite well for me!

    Antonio, nice photo.
I would probably crop some off the top myself - this would reduce the blurry background that is the same tonal range as the subject and to me seems oddly distracting - I keep looking behind him thinking, what the heck is that???
No flies in this one? :goofy smile:
The subject is very sharp, I like it.

Just a quick answer to Rob before I go to zzzzzzzz

The avatar ? Look at it in a larger version here please.
Wine is one of the few decent things there is in this country. Apart from me.
Just guess who took this photograph.

No, no flies on this one. It was too cold for them.

Brian I don't think the crop is somehow wrong or needing adjustments... and Brian, it is not that sharp !...

Two cameras is not too much is it ? Well... sometimes yes when the back begins to complain.

I think it's sharp enough and the contrast is good too. It works as is but a slight crop off the top might bring more attention to the person.

I am not so sure about that because in doing so but maintaining the crop ration - which I must - the parts from both sides would be too tight...

There is slightly more space to the left so you could slightly trim the left & top. Not going to be a very noticeable difference though.
