A very interesting vantage point! Nice angles and textures.
I think the composition is very good. The light and shade on the rocks brings out the carvings very well and, overall, the texture is brought out beautifully.
The one problem area I feel, is the sky. It has been over-processed resulting in an artificial look (on my monitor) and a lot of artifacts. I think this is a case for the use of layer masks, so that you can work on different areas of the image separately and not subject one area of the picture to the same processing treatment that you wish to apply to another area.
Thank you donjon. Thank you indeed.
Thank you Donald. It happened because I had used a polarizer filter. That increased all the colours. My inexperience with image processing showed! Anyway, I am submitting two alternatives for your scrutiny. These are my exam papers for my class one studies! I know I have to learn a lot. Thanks for the help.
A variant
Hi Ramachandran! The sky is now more realistic but I think you could go more towards the blue, just not as far as the original. You haven't lost any of the detail in the rock carvings, but now that I look at it again I am wondering if it is level? It looks like the lighthouse might be tipped just a bit clock-wise.
The monochrome version has good contrast and the carvings are more prominent. Getting better!
Thank you Frank. You are right, the LH is slightly tilted to the right and I think there is a little perspective problem too.
