Brother and Sister - During the Shoot

I happened to catch this one of Jazz during the photoshoot with her brother. She was getting a bit over the whole thing but she's a trooper so she kept smiling for the posed shots. I played with this to try and capture her mood a bit better. The original was a straight black and white but I thought this effect portrayed the mood better.

I have to admit that it is handy having a willing, photogenic subject on hand when you need a bit of inspiration. Having said that, would you believe her nickname was "Demon Child" from the day she was born up until at least the age of 3. That might counter the argument if you end up with one like her!

I finally feel like I'm getting to know Lightroom a bit better these days. Didn't think I'd enjoy this side of photography but as it turns out, it's almost as much fun as finding the right shot.
