Love old buildings, that refuse to die and go away, that said the sky in the URHC, is way blow out for me. I really hate to crop a shot, however, what about the middle third, that is where the tail is. It would allow us and you to get up and personel with the buildings, that is where all the details are.
What does that circular fan thing do please?
Love the photo! Agree with Allan, perhaps a bit of cropping into the sky. Louise the circular fan is a Windmill! They were developed for milling grain for food production.
Beautiful shot! I would personally crop a bit off the right and bottom or re- shoot in that position if this is somewhere close.
Louise take a look at www.windmillworld.com there are plenty of windmills in the UK
Thought they was only a Dutch invention
Wind powered pump for water still many of these still in use on cattle ranches ect.
