Re: Big ears
Really nice! It's sharp and it pops, and as a fan I gotta love the symmetry, so composition is just right for me. If I had to make some change, I'd blur the sharpest parts of the background a little bit, but it's really good as it is.

Re: Big ears
Bobo and Paul - many thanks for the comments.
Reima - thanks for the comments, I will look at doing a bit of blur on the background to see how it looks.

Re: Big ears
Wendy - many thanks, I like the way those huge eyes bulge out this gives them excellent all round vision; to look out for predators!

Re: Big ears
Now, that's a pair of ears!
As others have said, Clive - Super shot.
What about cropping it in slightly at each side, to make it into something like a 5:4 ratio? Do you think it needs so much foliage at each side of the head?

Re: Big ears
Thanks Donald, when I was originally cropping making it too tight seemed to lessen the impact of the ears that need space, so I played for far too long in deciding what was right. Now that you mention it the foliage is a distraction so I will try and crop and blur it a bit in Lightroom.
