It's a bit dark for me and the image needs to be rotated counterclockwise so the pillars are vertical. I keep wanting to tilt my head to the right.

Hi Louise,
Just my observations:
It needs to be straightened horizontally a bit; you can use the altar table with the candles on it as a guide. Personally, I would also crop it on both sides to just leave the two columns framing the window. Can't really comment on the exposure or sharpness as I am viewing it on my iPad.
I like the lovely vaulted roof.

Hi Louise. Indoor shots like these are difficult to get a good exposure reading on so you may want to bracket several F-stops in case the one you shoot with is too light or too dark. Also, if you can, use a tripod with a longer exposure allowing you to increase your depth of field. Increasing the ISO to around 800 can also help.
