Wow Frankie, they're great.
You did ask for C&C, and although well focused and acceptably sharp on the head, they're not 'blow you away' sharp.
I note from EXIF that these were shot at f/11, 1/640s at iso 400 and using 560mm on a crop body camera.
I suspect there's a teleconverter involved, which won't help sharpness, but even disregarding minor camera shake, another distinct possibility, for birds in flight, if large enough in frame, I'd be shooting at a much faster shutter speed (and higher iso) to freeze the feathers more.
That's said, they are still great shots (and I want to be there for some of that action)
Good exposure too, btw.
