Hi Tono,
For me the colors aren't very appealing, aside from the red coat! That's great. The family seems centered in the frame, which to me I don't like too much. Can you frame the photo so the subjects are lower and there is less blah foreground? Perhaps a little more to the top of the frame?
Overall the composition is interesting - makes me wonder what exactly is going on - why is he running, what is the lady with the carriage doing, where is taht little kid going!?!?!??!

Thanks for your suggestion Brian. In fact I was unsure about how to crop this one to have a balanced image. For a moment I thought the water in the center of the image would not work, but shifting it up brings too much uninteresting grass in the foreground as you have pointed out.
