Stunning subject and great capture. To be honest, the earring can't compete with her eyes
For me the left side of her face is just a touch dark as I find my eyes drifting to it for some reason so I might lighten that side of her face a little - but only a minor thing for me.

What a stunning girl
Great photo Joanne. I do find the cropping a bit too tight though and would love to see those amazing eyes in colour. All in all though a lovely capture, I bet the young lady in the photo loves the pic.

Great image of a lovely young woman. The only tiny problem I might have with it is that my eye keeps wandering to the highlighted strands of hair at her right cheekline. This (for me at least) detracts from her classic beauty...
