Antonio, I think this is such a simple and effective shot. You feel the loneliness, even without knowing the story behind it. The color of the pain on the wall is so characteristic of those old buildings. Well done!

Excellent shots Kay ! Very colorful and joyful ! :)

Mine is some years old but as it was in raw I was able to recover and work with my today's knowledge :)

Kay, is this from "Seussical"?:) Very sweet! I like the expression on the first girls face and the second one just draws me in - bright and cute and... charismatic, really.

Thankyou Antonio & Ali and Yes Katy - correct photos from the musical show.... I was waiting till the cast psoted themselves everywhere before I posted them if that makes sense...

The story is the wee bird starts off with 1 feather then wants to be like this 'amazing' bird so she eats some feather grwoing berries and ends up with an overdose...... a lesson there from Dr Seuss methinks.

I will maybe start a new thread with another couple of my favourites whe time permits

I know that very story - it always fascinated me that there was a berry that could do that but, then, scared me to death when she got so grand that she couldn't fly anymore. Brainwashing, the young mind, perhaps?:rolleyes: Dr. Seuss, I am sure, was using his powers for good, of course!:cool:

It was shot in Brazil some years ago while assisting a show...
