I like the highlights in the wing tips and along the left leading edge - nicely captured without a blowout. The detail in the wings is pretty good too but it doesn't quite look sharp enough for me. Was it still moving fairly quickly when you took the shot?

I am really impressed at your progress taking wild bird images, Girish! Other than some slight blur on the bird's left wing-tip, this one shows much improvement. Congratuations on a great capture!

You captured the moment pretty well Girish. I don't mind the blur on the wing tips as I think it gives the Pelican a sense of motion. I'm wondering though if the photo is a bit over sharpened - just from what I'm seeing in the wings. Over all composition is great though. The reflection works well and it really the pelican really stands out against the water.

Sharp focus on the stork this time Well done! It looks good and really stands out in the photo.

C&C for me this week - composition wise it just feels a touch unbalanced - too much negative space on the left for me. I would be inclined to try a 5x4 crop I think.

A great capture, Girish! Lovely colour and an interesting facial expression. I would agree with Malcolm about experimenting with other cropping choices, particularly the 5x4 option.

My first thought on this was a really nicely captured bird which drew me into examine the detail a bit more closely. Did you use some sort of blurring in parts of your photo?

Thanks ....used a little blur on left bottom corner. using the clone too on PHOTOPHOS software.....i.e only on the stem on which the dove is sitting which i felt was little distracting otherwise but for that nothing done

Nice composition and colour Girish, good focus on the eye, does look blurred in spots though, particularly on the birds breast.

Great shot, Girish! Unfortunately, because it doesn't look quite right, the unexpected blur attracts the very attention you are trying to avoid.

Lovely capture Girish. The Green Bee Eaters have some dazzling colours and you've managed to create a nice bokeh behind them.
