Re: Ballerina, Morning LIght
I think you've started a second thread with the same name.
I'll delete your original thread.
As I said in that other thread................. Welcome to CiC, I hope you find it a useful resource.
So that you don't continue to get people asking you what your proper name is, because most us use that on here, you can go to Edit Profile and enter your proper name under 'Real Name'. Then it will appear underneath your Username in all your posts. You can also enter your location so that it does the same, just as in my details alongside this message. Then we all know where everyone is in the world.

Gorgeous! I love the other ballerina shot in another thread, too.
How did you shoot? What lighting, camera settings, what post production did you do?
I'm trying to hone my skills at shooting lifestyle/semi-photojournalistic-type shots of kids but am having a hard time getting good lighting when the shots are so spontaneous in nature and with the kids moving around in their surroundings. Your lighting is gorgeous and I was wondering how you achieved it!

Love this pic! You can see her dreaming of dancing in her eyes. See you are from Raliegh. Have a sister that lives in Clayton. I lived in Southern Pines growing up. Can't wait to get back there to take lots of pics.

WOW, what a great photo, you have got the sparkle in her eyes and the light is exceptional. Almost perfect composition but perhaps a bit more of her finger tips if this is cropped.

I shot this in a sunroom with light-filtering blinds. I used Florabella Classic Workflow for post-production. I am looking for more C&C. I am starting a new business.

It's a great capture. Personally I'd be inclined to add a little bit of vignetting in - the bright area on the bottom left is a touch distracting to me. It keeps pulling my attention from the beautiful eyes in the shot.

Beautiful shot. You captured that 'little girl ballerina' dream. The catch-lights are great, and the overall image has a dreamy look that is perfect for little, pink ballerinas.
Florabella has some wonderful actions... you'll love them!
