Cheers,
I have not heard of this company.
A WHOIS search shows the registrant's address as care of an American company in Drums PA, but websites can be hosted anywhere.
The American telephone number on the website is in Queens NY and the British phone number is allocated to London, which would tie in with the London address.
Have a look on Google Street Maps for the London address given on the website. It doesn't look like a building that has 17 units. However, have a look at this website where there are comments about the company. On this site the company address is given as 337 rather than 336.

Some of their prices are very low.

yeah funny enough all their reviews are on trustpilot and are very favourable. thanks.
I'm no expert on the matter, but aren't there warranty issues (as in, it becomes invalidated) if you buy an item in the US and have it shipped to the UK? I see in that link that Dave provided above, that one guy, from here in Scotland, bought a 5DMkII shipped from the US. If he needs to invoke the warranty, where does he go to?
I've never heard any of our US colleagues here on CiC speak about this company. Remember - If it sounds too good to be true .... it is.
true, just had a look at the trustpilot reviews; its weird how the bad ones say pretty much exactly the same - you have to call to confirm your order, which happens after they try hard sell you accessories and how the good ones all also say the customer service was friendly.
Cheers
I am going to make an overall blanket statement. Queens, NY is located right next to Brooklyn, NY and Broklyn traditionally has the greatest concentration of scam dealers of any single location in the USA. Of course I believe that there are some honest dealers in Brooklyn, just as I believe that a herd of pigs with wings just flew over my roof.
In these days of economic problems, we all try to get the best bargains possible.
Here are two vendors in th USA who will provide the best prices and honest sales methods. They work on a very slim profit margin and if any dealer advertises prices significantly below these two, you can bet your bottom dollar that the cheaper ad is a scam of some sort.

I don't know the nuances of UK tax and import duty laws...
Funnily enough I was asking myself this question yesterday as they had the camera I wanted about £200 cheaper than anywhere else! However after having a hunt on google which unearthered other former companies run by the same people which no longer exist and not much positive feedback (in fact only one person that said it had worked for them, and who knows whether that was the director or not!) I decided it would be a bit risky to purchase something as expensive as a camera. The old saying if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. A shame though as the prices seemed great!
When I recently purchased a new 7D I used this Gibraltar based company http://www.bignorman.com/DigitalSLRs/Canon/
Best prices I could find and Gibraltar is technically speaking part of the UK. Same language and, where I live, we actually share the same EU Parliament Member, although I haven't a clue about who he is.
