Abandoned house across from our driveway in the country, mid-October. When we arrived, I saw the way the light was falling through the trees and created this golden rays on top of the roof. I'm impulsive, so I grabbed the camera and took a few shots without too much thought about composition and camera settings.
This was the best of the 3. After we unloaded the car, I went back to retry, but the light was gone. Ever since, I've been watching for a similar light fall, but no joy so far. Bummer!
(In the meantime, some of the clutter has been cleaned up, and the antenna removed from the roof.) It would make for a much better shot now....if the sun wants to cooperate.

Yea - mid-October, early evening around 6:15 PM. This time of the year, I hope to get a similar light fall between 4 & 4:30 PM, but with the sun so much lower, and to leaves mostly gone??? Probably not anytime soon.
