    Snap Shot

    Hi, As the title says this was a snap shot, rainbow appeared for maybe 3 minutes so grab camera from room, run to roof, Snap shot, back to room, adjust colours with levels to 242,127 & 15 resize and post.

    Awesome. I have tried to outrun more than a couple rainbows, and never quite made it- I'm glad you did, well worth the effort

    Very nice image... I might suggest that you crop out a bit of the bottom portion so that the horizon runs through about the bottom 1/3 of the image rather than divide the image 50/50 with the hirizon running through the center...

    Great capture - you don't see a full rainbow very often. I agree with Richard on the cropping though.

    I liked the original crop as the geometric placement of the rainbow arc and the opposing arc of the hills was so nicely balanced. Beautiful capture, to echo other coments!

    Beautiful capture! I never did know which end of the rainbow has the pot of gold when it is full arch like this one. Perhaps there are two?

    Many years ago we saw 2 full rainbows and my friend managed to get a shot of me with them going into my head. hehe

    There's actually a trace of the second rainbow in the top left corner (inverted colours). Nice catch.

    Only one pot of gold, and it's always at the other end to where you are
