Re: Defeated
Nice. Looks like some interesting tones and textures in this shot. How does it look in B&W?

Re: Defeated
I really, really like this image.
If it were mine I would be tempted to tighten the crop right and left to get rid of the street distraction and shadow as my eye wanders off out of the shot ...buit that's just me.
I would like to see a B&W conversion too.

Re: Defeated
Thanks for taking the time to comment guys. Here is a B&W cropped conversion, not a particularly good one as I am trying to get to grips with Silver Efex Pro. I like the crop & the B&W
Good suggestions Thanks
C&C very welcome

Re: Defeated
Nothing wrong with that B & W conversion.
I'd go even tighter on the crop. Hope you don't mind me illustrating what I mean.
This is a 16:9 ratio. Takes out the white stuff behind the window at the top

Re: Defeated
Yes I like the tight crop, the original thinking in the colour version was a sort of contrast between the homeless guy and the jewellery in the window, exposure was difficult and it gets really lost in the B&W so I think the tighter crop is better

Re: Defeated
I do like the tighter B&W. A really great mood and some very interesting elements in this photo. Nicely done in capturing this scene.
