I like it- details please on the settings and equipment?
I do as well.
You will see that I've posted your image into the thread, rather than leave it sitting as an attached thumbnail.
You have just missed out the final step in the process for posting images. If you return to the help thread on how to post images available via the 'HELP/Rules' tab on the menu bar above, it will give you the detailed step-by-step guidance required.

i like it too bit I'm not so sure the tree and buildings on the right add anything to the playground. I'd be inclined to go for a tighter crop.
Yes I would lose the building on the right as it is distracting from the main scene.
But, removing a similar amount from the top may be too much, so it may require a different aspect ratio.
I just started out too and take I take similar types of pictures as you. I really like the long shadows on the grass and its interesting to see a tree illuminated from the bottom.
Hi jp,
Welcome to the CiC forums from me.
I think the shadows on the grass are the main point of interest and to bring these to greater prominence, there is definitely something to be gained by quite a severe crop, loosing both the building on far right and the top of the tree, maintaining (almost) the current aspect ratio. In fact, with what I had in mind, by not sticking to any preset aspect ratio, it would end up being more panoramic in this process.
Cheers,
I like it as well, and as others have said, a good crop would add to it...(Less is MORE..ha ha ha)..it really has a nice moody feel to it. Love the shadows. I would also try it in B&W

Really like the way the shadow leads the eye into the scene. And the lighting is lovely... gives a nice atmosphere to the photo!
Very nice
Thank you all for the comments,
I do really appreciate all your C & C.
I will try all the PP on the image as soon as i have some time available and then repost all the efforts.
I love night scenes like this. The orange lights bring a nice mood to the scene.
