Another great day in NW Scotland
Another shot from our recent visit to the NW.
This was taken during a short walk to the south east of Poolewe on the north west coast.
I know it breaks all the "rules" - focal point in the middle both horizontally and vertically.
All views welcomed.

Sitting here trying to work out what that is we're seeing the distance. It's not An Teallach, is it? I don't think it can be because it feels as if you're facing south-east towards Loch Maree
I think it's one of those where we have to remind ourselves that the 'rules' are guidelines and when we 'feel' it's right to not adhere to them, we go for it. And, like in cases such as this, it often works.
You've done a masterful job of capturing the character of the place. If anyone ever asked 'What is the north-west of Scotland really like?', you could do no better than show them this image.

Many thanks for your, much appreciated, comment, Donald.
I can see why you said An Teallach - the shape is similar.
You are correct about the direction, it is roughly towards the south east. It was taken from a bridge over the Inveran river which flows out of Loch Kernsary and enters the northern end of Loch Maree. The mountain in the distance, I feel fairly sure, is Beinn Dearg in Torridon.
