It's not actually a post-processing doubt of photography, but I think it fits here.
I have a .pdf file with 10 pages, that I want to transform in .jpeg, but when I do it, it makes 10 .jpegs files, one for each page. I need all in just one. How can I make one jpeg from many jpeg?

What comes to my mind is Inkscape - it's a freeware and a good one.
Import all images (the 10 jpg), arrange them side by side, select all then export selection in the format you want.
