I was looking through some old RAW shots the other day -- I had a batch that I didn't think much of at the time, but in that time my "eye has changed" and I spotted something that I thought might work.

I think the lighting is wonderful Colin.

Wow, that is a great image. I like the colors in it as well, very nicely composed. My only nit is the debris on the beach in the yellow reflection area. I think removing that would eliminate the distraction it creates.

I think you were right Colin. Lovely colours, lighting and cloud patterns in the sky, plus the glow on the water. Terrific image, dont know how you overlooked it before !

beautiful image Colin,
perhaps, in my humble opinion, the stones on the right are too dark to see details or too bright to be a silhouette...
