Marlow Mill from Marlow Lock
I took this image some time ago and came across it again when looking through my archives and thought it was worth another edit.

Re: Marlow Mill from Marlow Lock
beautiful picture Chris!
I like colours and exposure!
I am not sure if a square crop would be better: don't know if the right side adds something to the view. Have you tried a tighter crop to cut away from the yellow Mini to the right?
anyway is a very good pics
thanks for sharing

Re: Marlow Mill from Marlow Lock
Somehow, showing all of the new housing seems to look better than cropping the right side and only seeing part of it.
The alternative, I suppose, is to clone away what remains after a crop. But I fear that would end up looking too cramped. So I think I would leave it as it is.

Re: Marlow Mill from Marlow Lock
Thanks for your kind comments. The crop as suggested would remove the new housing, which has been cleverly designed to be sympathetic with history of the site, which for several centuries was a mill.
