Put a little detail into the sky, sdded just a small amount of a highpass filter, for sharpening, but did use vivid light overlay. Well that all for my post production.

I adjusted levels added some adjustment to Shadows and Highlights, added a touch of saturation, then finally a slight sharpen.

This looks like fun.
Extended canvas
Duplicated layer.
Flipped layer horizontally.
Cloned out people and buildings differently on each side.
Changed some colors, clothes and boats.
Flipped whole file 180 degrees.
Re-sized.
Polar coordinates filter.
Transformed to be a square.
