    Giant Lotus Lilly's - Mary River

    Here's a few shots I took hand held with the macro from a boat. I would have loved to have time o set up the tripod, but was happy enough with the results. C & C welcome.

    Pretty good under the circumstances Wayne, well done.

    There's not a lot I can suggest to improve them beyond that they might be just a tad overexposed at capture, leading to clipping in one or two colour channels, but it isn't too bad (I've taken worse )

    On the first, in PP, it might be possible to clone out the lighter green leaf top left, which is a bit of a 'pull' on the viewers eye.

    Thanks Dave, As you can se by the shadow it was near midday and extremely harsh light, so the only shots that were any good were these, pointing the camera down away from the sun. A few pointers are alway welcome, I'll try cropping the light green leaf and shadow out. It annoyed me too but didn't want to at first.
